Tips to make the design process run more smoothly:

Page Layout
If initiating your own design, avoid using word processing software. Whenever possible, use page layout software such as Quark XPress or Pagemaker. Although Microsoft Publisher or Adobe InDesign may also be used, difficulties can arise when outputting for commercial printing.

Photos
Photographs can enhance the appearance of a newsletter or brochure. Our goal is to reproduce your photographs with the highest quality possible. In order to do that, we need your help.

One important aspect of photo quality is starting with a well composed, sharply focused image which has good contrast. Image resolution is also important. Images that will be used for commercial printing should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) assuming it will be used at full size (100%).
